The urgency on reskilling and addressing skill gaps is becoming more important than ever before.,

The first phase (which we call “Scout”) consists of rapid workforce planning to identify skill gaps, which involves comparing the company’s current supply of skills with the demand for certain skills, based on its strategic ambition, digital agenda, and overall business model.
